Nourishing Families. Supporting Minds.
Honoring Parenthood.
THE MILK MIND provides virtual lactation support, and personalized postpartum guidance for growing families.
We help parents navigate feeding challenges, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and the realities of early parenthood with compassionate, evidence informed support. Whether you are preparing for your baby’s arrival or adjusting to life postpartum, you don’t have to do it alone.
Lactation support from an IBCLC
Feeding your baby should never feel like something you have to figure out alone.
Whether you’re preparing to breastfeed, struggling with latch concerns, pumping, combination feeding, returning to work, or navigating weaning, you’ll receive personalized, evidence informed support tailored to your family’s goals.
Feeding & Emotional Wellness Support
Feeding your baby is emotional. Whether it’s going the way you hoped for or not, the pressure, exhaustion and guilt can feel overwhelming. As an IBCLC, I offer compassionate, nonclinical support for the emotional side of feeding, from pumping burnout to feeding grief to building a plan that protects your well-being. I’ll also connect you with mental health resources when you need more support.
This service compliments and does not replace medical care, therapy or psychiatric treatment.
Prenatal Feeding Prep Session
Feeding your baby starts before birth. In this one-on-one virtual session, We’ll discuss a feeding plan that fits your family. We’ll cover what to expect in the first few weeks, how to know feeding is going well, choosing the right pump, and how your partner can help. You’ll leave feeling informed, confident, and ready without the pressure to be perfect.
Partners are welcome and encouraged to join.
